大红山铜矿胶结矿柱稳定性数值模拟研究

摘    要:在大红山铜矿两步骤连续开采过程中,胶结矿柱将代替原生矿柱服务相邻矿房开采。基于二步骤回采过程的安全性以及稳定性要求,需对一步骤胶结矿柱稳定性分析研究。以385中段B12-20线区域为研究对象,通过FLAC3D软件进行数值模拟研究,结果表明:385中段B12-20线开采区域胶结矿柱能够保证其自身稳定性,不会发生失稳破坏,为区段回采提供了安全可靠的作业环境。

Abstract:In the two-step continuous mining process of Dahongshan Copper Mine,cemented pillars will replace primary pillars to serve the mining of adjacent mine houses.In order to ensure the safety of the two-step mining process,it is necessary to study and analyze the stability of cemented pillars.Taking the B12-20 line mining area in the middle section of 385 as the research object,the numerical simulation research is carried out by FLAC3D software.The results show that the cemented pillar in the B12-20 line mining area in the middle section of 385 can ensure its own stability without instability and damage,thus providing a safe and reliable working environment for mining in the section.
