装配式混凝土结构施工质量通病及防治措施

预制装配式混凝土(Precast Concrete,简称PC)建筑作为正在兴起的新型技术,其建造方式较为新颖,有别于传统现浇建筑。国内在该领域很多地方还不完善,从而出现一系列质量问题。本文首先简要归纳总结了PC建筑施工中存在的质量通病,并在分析成因的基础之上提出防治措施。希望本文的讨论能对提高我国PC建筑的施工水平有所帮助。

Common Quality Problems of Precast Concrete Structure Construction and Prevention Measures

Precast concrete(PC)building is a new technology emerging,and its construction method is relatively new,which is different from traditional cast-in-situ buildings.Many parts of the country are still incomplete in this field,which causes a series of quality problems.This article first summarizes the common quality problems existing in the construction of PC buildings,and puts forward prevention measures based on the analysis of the causes.It is hoped that the discussion in this article will be helpful to improve the construction level of PC buildings in China.
