| 摘 要： | 多元化经营战略有利于企业规模的扩大、资源的有效利用、市场化交易成本和行业风险的下降及产业升级;同时,多元化经营也带来了资金进一步短缺和产业结构趋同等问题.服务企业在实行多元化经营时应采取得力措施,趋利避害,才能取得良好的效益.

| Abstract: | The development of the business scale,the effective utilisation of the resource,the reducing of the market transaction cost and the industry risk even the the upgrade of the industry,all benefit from the diversified operation.Meanwhile,the diversified operation also causes some problems,such as the shortage of funds and the horizontal competition etc..While the service business puts the diversified operation into practice,the effective measure also should be adopted. |
