| 摘 要： | 资源型企业以自然资源开发为主，辅以初加工和一些后续工序，需要尽可能利用区域内的自然条件来实现经济增长。显然，这类企业对自然资源依赖性非常强。近年来，由于可开采资源的逐渐枯竭，导致很多资源型企业发展面临严峻挑战。因此，对资源型企业的发展思路研究具有重要意义，文章主要为资源型企业未来发展途径提出建议和对策。
