| 摘 要： | 全球经济一体化,市场日益开放,促使企业越来越重视从价格、成本方面获取优势转向从创新获取优势,从企业间的竞争开始转向供应链的竞争。本文从理论方面分析论证了供应链上下游企业对建立合作研发联盟RJV进行合作创新的动机及最佳规模的确定。

| Abstract: | The economy globalization and the improving opening market impel the enterprise pay more attention to obtaining advantages from the price and cost to innovation ,and from the competitions between enterprises to the supply chains competition. The article analyses and improves how to confirm the motivation and optimal scal e to establish the co-research union for the cooperative innovation between the upper and nether enterprise in the supply chains. |
