| 摘 要： | 重视引进欧美的资本主义法制与企业制度,迅速吸收国外先进技术并进行转化性适用,注重实用性教育并继承精工传统,政府重视基础设施与公共投资,对经济实施积极而又适度的干预,是二战前日本促进工业自主发展能力快速增强的主要经验。这些经验,对于促进我国工业自主发展能力的增强,有着重要借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Attention to the introduction of capitalist law of Europe and the United States and enterprise system,the rapid absorption and conversion of foreign advanced technology,the focus of attention on practical education and inherited traditions,government investment to the foundation and public investment,and the positive and moderate government intervention in economy are Japanese experiences to enhance independent industrial development capability before World War II.In promoting the capability of China＇s industrial self-development,these experiences have significant value. |
