我国旅游企业集团化发展战略选择

摘    要:面临国外大型旅游集团的冲击,如何选择我国旅游企业集团化发展战略,是关系到我国旅游业发展前途的一个大问题。本文首先详细分析了我国旅游企业集团化发展的环境障碍,包括跨国集团的冲击和企业本身的体制障碍。其次,提出了我国旅游企业集团化发展战略的选择意见。具体提出了事业部组织结构、地理网络结构、产品品牌体系和控制集团合理规范等四大战略选择及措施,供有关部门和企业参考。

Abstract:Facing the challenge of the overseas conglomerate,how to select the developing strategy of China's tourism enterprise conglomerate is a big problem that concerns the prospect of our tourism industry.The author first makes a detailed analysis of the environmental barrier of the development of China's tourism conglomerate,including the challenge from the transnational conglomerate and the obstacle from the enterprise itself.And then the author offers some opinions about the selection of the development of China's tourism enterprise conglomerate,such as utility system structure,geography network structure,product brand system and controlling reasonable scale of tourism conglomerate.
