| 摘 要： | 本文以我国民营上市公司为样本,对多元化投资影响因素进行了实证分析。结果表明,民营上市公司进行多元化投资更多的是分散风险和取得协同效应,民营上市公司多元化经营还受公司规模、公司上市年限以及所处的部分行业(制造业、房地产业、传播与文化产业)的显著影响。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the influencing factors of diversified investment from the empirical study, based on the private listed companies.The result indicates that the private listed companies make diversified investment in order to decentralize risks and corporate with others. Meanwhile,the diversified investment of private listed companies are heavily influenced by several factors, such as size of companies,age of companies and industry companies belong to, e.g. manufacturing, real estate and culture industry. |
