关于加强高校党的执政能力建设的思考

党的十六届四中全会是我们党历史上第一次专题研究执政能力建设的重要会议,全会作出的《中共中央关于加强党的执政能力建设的决定》是我们党历史上第一个全面的关于加强党的执政能力建设的纲领性文献。该文认为教育领域尤其是高校也必须加强党的执政能力建设。围绕《决议》中提出的提高"五个能力"的要求,高校党的执政能力建设应做到把好方向、管好大事、育好人才和练好内功。
