A Research in Workplace Violence and the Prevention of it

It's a new field of researching and preventing workplace violence. Many authorities and researchers have been investigated it earlier in other countries, and they have achieved a lot of progress. In this paper, we studied workplace violence about the meaning, classification and the possible cause. Furthermore, we integrate the preventions of many professional institutions and companies and present them to readers.
