The Analysis of Cascading Contingent Protection of Anti - dumping in China

This paper analyzes the anti - dumping cases in China, finding that there are obviously cascading contingent protection in chemical industry, which negatively affects the interest of downstream firms and the whole society, as it brings about public interest in anti - dumping. In essence cascading contingent protection is technologicl innovation according to the development of chemical industry and public interest. The fundamental reason is that the integration technology of the correlated enterprise is left behind developed countries with low independent innovation ability. To solve anti -dumping need rely on the incentive mechanism stimulating enterprise to absorb the fetched technology and independent innovation.
