发展生产力与提高国民素质内在关系问题探析

国民素质是人在自身的对象性活动中所生成的体魄、智力、德性的总体水平;生产力是人们自觉拥有和支配的能力。生产力与国民素质不仅在内涵上具有内在统一性,而且在生成过程中具有共时性或同步性。因此,发展生产力与提高国民素质之间具有互动性和价值同一性,在实践上把二者有机结合起来,真正形成发展生产力与提高国民素质之间价值同一性的人本维度,是推进中国特色社会主义事业的必然途径和应然选择,是对科学社会主义的坚持和发展。

Analyzing Inter-relation between Developing Productive Forces and Improving National Quality

National quality is the overall level of physical power, intelligence and morality which are gradually formed in people’s own activities. Productive forces is the ability people possess and control themselves. Productive forces and national quality not only have inherent unity, but also have simultaneity during their formation. Therefore, developing productive forces and improving national quality can interact each other and we must combine one with another in practice, which is a necessary choice for us to push forward socialist cause with Chinese characteristics.
