| 摘 要： | 在剖析和谐社会基本内涵的基础上,论述了和谐社会建设与生态环境之间的关系,指出了环境恶化是和谐社会的关键影响因素。提出通过转变思维方式、加大宣传力度、调整产业结构、完善环境立法、转变消费观念和加强环境污染治理等措施,加强生态环境建设,促进和谐社会发展。
