| 摘 要： | 目前,高校学风存在滑坡现象,仅用过去的规章制度等文本契约来进行管理,不能解决学生的学习行为动机问题,所以需要建立一套与文本契约相互补的师生心理契约,来影响学生的学习行为动机。

| Abstract: | At present,college learning atmosphere is declining.Only using the past text contracts such as rules and regulations to manage can not solve students' behavior motive.Therefore,a set of teacher-student psychological contract should be established to influence students' learning behavior motive. |
