| 摘 要： | 市场经济条件下，物流供应商趋向于提倡“差别服务”，但提倡“差别服务”易引起歧义，相比而言，“个性化服务”通过为不同的客户提供量身订制的个性化服务，培养潜在的优质客户群体，逐步的优化和形成稳定的客户群体。这更符合刚刚跨入WTO门槛的中国国情和实情。所以根据实际情况称之为“个性化服务”更为贴切、合理。作者分别从三个方面论证了这一看法，对实际工作有借鉴意义。
