| 摘 要： | 土地征收是国家土地管理制度的重要组成部分 ,是国家取得私人土地的一种特殊方式 ,其核心在于对土地取得的强制性。本文针对我国土地征收制度存在的问题 ,通过比较分析 ,提出了解决问题的思路 :修改现行《土地管理法》 ,改革和完善土地征收补偿制度 ,完善合理利用土地和切实保护耕地制度
