我国财政支出状况实证分析

财政支出结构的优化与否不仅关系着地方政府能否在一定财力约束下有效地履行其职能 ,而且还影响到地方乃至全国社会经济结构的各个方面。因此 ,有意识地控制、完善公共财政支出结构并使之达到优化状态是财政主体活动的主要内容之一。文章以我国财政支出结构及现状分析为起点 ,对我国财政支出结构中存在的问题进行剖析 ,并在此基础上提出公共财政体制下调整优化财政支出结构的对策思路

Analyzation on National Financial Charges and its Condition

Whether the structure of Financial Charges is optimum not only is connected with the ability of local governments to effectively carry out their functions with given financial power but also affacts lots of aspects of local even national structure of society and economy.therefore,one of the primary activities of financial main body is consciously controlling and improving the structure of public financial charges and making it optimum.In this article the author analyzes the existent problems and conditions with the structure of national financial charges,and puts forward some countermeasures in adjusting and optimizing the structure of national financial charges with public finance system.
