| 摘 要： | 从营林生产和采运生产2个方面阐述了现行国有森林资源管理的状况,指出林权制度改革后国有森林资源管理发生的变化及面临的挑战,进而探讨了林权制度改革后未来国有森林资源管理的发展方向,即从3个方面展开:分类经营管理、参与式管理、采伐限额管理。
