| Abstract: | This paper details the overview of the overseas listed private enterprises in Zhejiang Province,analyzes the internal and external reasons and the cost of the overseas stock-listing,then it raises some proposes such as confirming enterprises' development strategy,promoting their own quality,considering the current trade situation and the development trend,and choosing the suitable listing place and listing way,etc. |
