| 摘 要： | 专家证人是英美法系国家证据制度中一个十分重要的概念、制度,其在民事诉讼中具有举足轻重的作用.通过介绍英美国家的专家证人制度,探讨我国类似于英美国家专家证人制度的鉴定结论.借鉴英美国家专家证人制度的有益做法,在改革完善我国现有鉴定制度的基础上建立我国的专家证人制度.
