摘    要:劳动定员定额是企业管理中最基础的一项工作,制定科学合理的劳动定员定额标准是企业走向规范化、科学化的基本要求,也是提高企业劳动生产率、降低企业人工成本、增加经济效益的有效措施。本文从宏观角度对国有冶金矿山企业劳动定员定额管理的共同现状及普遍存在的问题进行战略思考,提出国有冶金矿山企业定员定额合理化的思路与对策,以促进国有冶金矿山企业定员定额管理的科学化与合理化。
