吉林省资源型城市数量较多,曾经对全省的经济发展做出了重要的贡献,但是随着资源的逐渐枯竭,城市的经济发展也受到了阻碍。通过大量的资料采集和对照,立足于吉林省现状,对吉林省资源型城市的困境及原因进行了分析,并从以科技为核心的角度出发,提出了落实科学发展观,加快产业转型的步伐,为接续产业发展提供智力支持,发展新兴主导产业作为吉林省资源型城市接续产业等一系列具体策略。

Research on the Superseded Industry Dominated by Technologyfor Jilin Province

The Resource-based cities in Jilin province are in large numbers and have done great contributions to the development of our economy.However,as resources in such cities are getting exhausted,the further development of the cities are being blocked and problems of the planned economy age revealed.The article gives a detailed analysis on how superseded industry should be developed in these cities from the view of technology and a few ways to realize this development by building high-tech industry.
