| 摘 要： | 技术创新绩效的测度与评价对于企业创新绩效的改进与创新能力的提升具有重要的作用。本文对国内外技术创新绩效测评的相关研究进行了全面回顾，着重从技术创新绩效的概念界定、研究视角与指标体系、测评方法与工具等方面系统梳理了国内外最新的研究进展，总结和评价了这些研究成果对于我国企业技术创新实践的指导意义与不足之处，最后提出了企业技术创新全过程绩效测评系统的研究框架。
