| 摘 要： | 江苏油田试采一厂采油四队是一支集采、注、输一体化的综合性采油队伍,所辖油区的油井腐蚀结垢结蜡等造成井筒情况复杂,老井的频繁作业、抽油机、泵、锅炉等各项设备老化严重;队伍管理层面呈现出老小并存的状况,管理难度较大。

| Abstract: | Jiangsu oilfield production factory is a production four teams used,note,the comprehensive integration of production team by oil wells of corrosion and scaling wax wait cause,the complex wellbore frequent operation,pumping,pump,boiler equipment aging is serious; etc. Team management level of ＂coexistence＂ condition,last-borns difficult to manage. |
