试论我国非政府组织成长困境及其政府规制因素

我国的非政府组织在现阶段的发展面临着组织边界的模糊与被犯,理念及象征系统的缺失与错位,动力支持系统独立性的欠缺以及其发挥功能的领域受限等困境。而在当前我国的社会结构规制之下,国家主导倾向十分明显,政府渗透和控制社会,一般意义上的非政府组织难以成长,且也有其必然的因果关系。公民社会的成长和壮大将从根本上改变国家与社会的二元关系格局,从而为非政府组织的成长开拓广阔的空间。

On China non-government organization growth difficulty and its government regulation factor

The development of non-government organization in China now faces many dilemmas such as border fuzzy and offence, deletion and misplacement of the concept and symbol system, the loss of its independence of power supporting system and limited function fields. But in the present structure regulation in China, the nation's controlling trend is very obvious, the government penetrates and controls the society, the normal non-government organization can't develop easily, so it has its inevitable causality. The growth and grandness of a citizen-society will basically change the nation and society's binary relations, and develop a new space for the growth of the non-government organization.
