| 摘 要： | 本文针对2003年我国31个地区科技资源投入和经济增长的相关数据,利用数据包络分析来评价我国各地区的科技资源投入与经济增长的技术有效性以及技术与规模的共同有效性,并结合结果对河北省的科技资源投入现状作出分析和政策建议。

| Abstract: | This paper,using DEA approach,evaluates the technical efficiency of the contribution of scientific and technological resources input to economic growth in various regions in China by analyzing the data on the contribution of scient ific and technological resources to economic growth in 2003 in 31 regions.Then i t analyzes the current status of scientific and technological resource input in Hebei Province and puts forward some policy proposals. |
