| 摘 要： | 针对我国中小软件企业规模小、技术弱,缺乏市场竞争力的现状,提出大力发展软件产业集群是提高我国中小软件企业竞争力的有效途径.然后,给出了软件产业集群定义并对其进行了可行性分析.最后,介绍了软件产业集群现状,总结了软件产业集群的特点;最后提出发展软件产业集群的对策.

| Abstract: | This paper first puts forward that developing software industrial cluster is an effective way to improve the competitiveness of the small and medium-sized software enterprises.Secondly, the software industrial clusters is defined, and its feasibility is analyzed.Third, the status of the software industrial clusters is introduced ,and the characteristics of software industrial clusters are summarized.Finally the countermeasures to develop the software industrial clusters are raised. |
