摘    要:企业社会责任通常指企业对其利益相关者应当承担的责任,企业社会责任与企业的发展有什么关系?这是一个非常值得探讨的课题。本文将对企业社会责任与企业竞争优势的关系进行深入研究,提出企业对其利益相关者履行社会责任将有利于其获得战略性资源、核心能力以及良好的企业环境。也就是说对企业竞争优势具有正面的影响作用。本文最后构建了CSR对企业竞争优势贡献的模型。

Abstract:Corporate social responsibility means corporate responds for its stakeholders. What is the relationship between CSR and development? It is a good question for discussion. The paper researches the relationship between corporate social responsibility and competitive advantage. And then the paper brings forward that CSR is in favor of obtaining strategic resources, core capacity and good environment. That is to say CSR affects competitive advantage positively. At last the paper presents a model of CSR's contribution to competitive advantage.
