长株潭城市群县域生态安全评估研究

摘    要:为客观分析长株潭城市群生态安全状况,结合长株潭城市群的区域特征,从区域产业发展、水资源状况和生态效益等层面构建长株潭县域层次生态安全评价指标体系,采用主观赋权法和客观赋权法相结合的方法确定各评价指标的权重,并利用改进的DPSIR模型对长株潭城市群生态安全展开定量评估和趋势预测。研究认为,长株潭城市群县域生态安全状况整体好转,但存在区域不均衡问题。并从指标体系和政策因素等对造成这种不均衡的因素进行初步分析。

Abstract:In order to objectively analyze the ecological security situation of the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration at county level,combining with their regional characteristics,this article constructs their evaluation index system of ecological security at county level from the aspects of regional industrial development,water resources situation and ecological benefits and determines the weight value of each evaluation index using subjective and objective weight methods.Based on the revised DPSIR model,it quantitatively evaluates their ecological security and makes trend prediction.The results show that the ecological security situation of Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan urban agglomeration has been improved as a whole,but it still faces the problem of regional imbalance.This paper makes a preliminary analysis of the factors,such as the index system and policy factors,which cause the imbalance.
