| 摘 要： | 文章首先介绍了我所在装备研制生产过程中遇到的延期风险及其影响，对风险的来源与成因进行了具体的分析，然后从风险规划、识别、评估、处理和监控五个实质性阶段逐步介绍了批产项目风险管理计划的制订以及的风险管理的措施，并通过一些具体的事例加以说明。

| Abstract: | The article first introduces the development and production of equipment where I encountered during the extension risk and its impact on the risk sources and causes of a specific analysis, and from the risk planning, identification, assessment, treatment and monitoring of five substantive stage gradually introduced the batch production project risk management plan development and risk management measures, and through some concrete examples to illustrate this. |
