| 摘 要： | 文章通过R＆D投入经费测算出代表中国技术进步的知识存量，以1978年不变价格计算中国能源强度，对两者进行了长期和短期的实证关系研究，建立了误差修正模型，并提出了降低能源强度的几点建议。
