On Current Situation and Countermeasures to Development of Private Economy in Hebei Province

Private economy is an important component of national community economic development. The development of private economy is an important way to improve people′s livelihood and promote reform and restructure of state - owned economy. Taking Zhangjiakou City of Hebei Province as an example,the analyses of the status of development and problems of private economy are made,with the focus on the measures to improve government service system and optimize the development environment for private economy. The measures are as follows: creating a favorable political, administrative,public opinion,business environment and creating a good environment for raising capital and human resources to speed up the construction of land use system,the credit system and intermediary service system.
