| 摘 要： | 与我国海外直接投资快速增长相适应,构建完善的海外投资保险体系已经迫在眉睫。本文从我国企业海外直接投资面临的风险入手,分析了我国现行国际法和国内法对海外直接投资保护的不足,提出制定《海外投资保险法》,设立海外投资保险基金、建立海外投资保险中介机构等完善措施。
