中国建立资源性商品国际市场的采购联盟

摘    要:中国已经成为世界上最大的资源性商品消费国之一,但是中国的"大买家"地位并没有带来相应的国际市场定价权。本文从中国资源性商品需求旺盛、采购体系分散、进口价格不断高涨等现状入手,通过博弈论的方法分析了中国进口商队伍中大厂商与小厂商在是否参与联合谈判以及是否参与采购联盟等问题上的不同行为。本文认为,只有通过政府管制、行业联合的采购联盟才能化解中国在资源性商品进口中的困境,并针对中国的行业现状提出了建立采购联盟的切实可行的完整方案。

Abstract:China has become one of the world's largest resources commodity consumers,but the status of "Big buyer" doesn't bring China at the same time the right of making prices in the international market.This paper starts with the actualities including China's strong demand for the world's resources,decentralized purchase system and rising in import prices,using the theory of games to analyse the different actions between the big and small manufacturers in China's importer group on the problems that whether to participate in the united negotiations and whether to join in the Purchase Alliances.At last we conclude that only by the Purchase Alliances that can China go through the dilemma in importing commodities,and we also put forward idiographic projects to build the Purchase alliances in China,according to the actualities of industries.
