| 摘 要： | 文章针对基建企业项目材料融资难的实际情况,应用金融物流理论探索了基建企业解决融资问题的新途径--四种融资模式,即代客结算模式、供应链金融模式、仓单质押模式和运用应收账款模式,这些创新性融资模式的应用,使基建企业在融资上所面临的困难将得到一定的缓解.该模式的应用与推广对其他行业也具有借鉴意义.

| Abstract: | The paper brings forward four financing modes for the capital construction enterprises in virtue of logistics finance theory.These modes are balance mode instead of customers,supply chain financing mode,delivery note impawning mode and using accounts receivable mode.Using these innovational financing modes can cut down the capital construction enterprises financing difficulty.Other industry can also use for reference. |
