| 摘 要： | 在总结和归纳城市土地集约利用内涵的基础上,系统地阐述了城市土地集约利用的基础理论,然后选取反映土地集约利用水平的主要影响因素作为评价指标,通过多城市的对比分析,对长春市土地集约利用的宏观水平进行了分析评价,最后提出了相应的政策措施建议.

| Abstract: | On the basis of summing up the connotation of intensive use of urban land, this paper explains in a systematic way the basic theory of intensive use of urban land. Selecting some primary influencing factors reflecting the level of land intensive use and through a comparative analysis of some cities, the paper evaluates and analyzes the macroscopic level of land intensive use in Changchun City, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures. |
