抓好学科规划与建设,创建"人民满意、世界一流"大学

抓好学科规划与建设是建设世界一流大学的基础性工作,因为一流学科是创建世界一流大学的必要条件,多学科的架构是创建一流大学的基础。当前在我国高校学科规划与建设中必须解决将创建一流大学等同于建设一流学科、学科规划与学科建设相脱节、学科规划与建设缺乏整体眼光和中国思路以及盲目追求学科门类齐全、学科设置同质化等问题。中国人民大学为创建“人民满意、世界一流”大学,对学科规划和建设工作做了几点深入思考。

Planning and building the subjects is the basic work of developing a world-first-class university,for the first-class subjects are essential and the construction of multi-subjects is basal.Now we ought to solve the problems of equating developing a first-class university with developing firstclass subjects,of the disconnection between sudject plnning and building,of lacking of whole view and native thought,and of pursuing a needless multi-subject construction,and homogeneity building subjects.Renmin University of China,in order to develop a "people-satisfied and world-first-class"university,has gained some successful experience of planning and building subjects.
