| Abstract: | This paper puts forward the solutions and suggestions to reasonably arrange and implement the development of the coal, electricity and chemical economic region in eastern Heilongjiang province. It provides theoretical basis and methods for the relevant departments at all levels of the government to formulate the policies and regulations plan for the optimized industrial structure, reasonable industrial distribution and industrial cooperation. |
