| Abstract: | Combined with the problems in the management process of modern library, this paper describes the main form and disadvantages of ＂materialcentric＂ management model and the advantages of ＂human-oriented＂ management model, analyzes the necessity and urgency of ＂human-oriented＂ management, and discusses the overall operation mechanism of ＂human-oriented＂ management model. |
