高职院校班主任现状特性分析及常态工作方法探究

摘    要:与普通高校相比,高职院校班主任工作更为繁杂和繁重,不但凸显年轻化、多元化、疲倦化、简单化"四化"特征,也表现出在位不到位、不在位也不到位、在位又到位、不在位能到位等多种工作形式。应对新时期高职教育的时代诉求,高职院校班主任工作应该稳步推行班级常规管理的"十个行动建议"和班级常态管理的"12个三"教育管理模式。

Abstract:Compared with those in non-vocational colleges the head teachers in vocational colleges perform more tiring and tough tasks.The team of head teachers are mainly made up of young teachers.The head teachers are at different ages,have different academic background,different ideologies.Some are not interested in their work,and some do their work too mechanically.Some put all their heart and energy into their work,and some can do their work well not necessarily be present.But some are absent-minded in their work,and some are often absent from their work.In order to improve head teachers' work,the author proposes "10 Action Suggestions" and a model of "12 Threes".
