东中西部房地产业增长期比较研究

摘    要:在1998~2004年席卷全国的房地产开发热潮中,中国东中西部地区房地产业发展的轨迹与机制在房地产开发、房地产价格、房地产开发企业资金来源和征地状况等关键指标等方面有很多不同的地方。东中西部地区房地产业区域差异性强,应该采取差别化的宏观调控政策才能取得最佳的效果。

Abstract:In the real estate development upsurge of the whole country between 1999 and 2004,the locus and mechanism of the real estate development among the east,center and west of China have lots of differences in real estate development,the price of real estate,the financing of the real estate enterprise and the land requisition by purchase.The conclusion is that there are many big differences among the east,center and west of China.We should use region-differential macro-control policy in order to get the best effect.
