| 摘 要： | 侵犯他人商业秘密行为，是一种典型的不正当竞争行为，它严重破坏公平竞争的市场环境，助长不正之风，侵害秘密所有的合法权益，这种不正当竞争还会妨害科技进步，形成劣化选择，因此必须高度重视商业秘密的法律保护，严励制裁侵权行为。

| Abstract: | Infringement of business secret is one of the typical cases of unfair competition ,which not only seriously violate the marketing rule of fairness and infringe the owner's legal right , but prevent science and technology from getting developed .So, close attention must be paid to legal protections for busimess secret to make sure those illegal behavior to be punished according to law. |
