| 摘 要： | 网络游戏产业作为一个新兴的产业正在以惊人的速度向前发展,但与此相伴的是大量的关于虚拟财产的纠纷,由于立法的滞后,这些纠纷往往不能够得到很好的解决.随着网络技术的发展,虚拟世界的生活必然会更加丰富多彩,国家有关机关应尽快出台有关的法律、法规,将网络游戏虚拟财产的运行纳入正轨.

| Abstract: | As a new industry, net game enterprises are developing at an astonished pace. But some disputes on virtual property are one of the corresponding results. Because of delayed legislation, these disputes have not been solved. In order to provide legal protection for virtual property in the future, we should define its attribute in the law and analyze it from civil law perspective. |
