| 摘 要： | 自改革开放以来,中国经济取得的巨大成就举世瞩目,人民的生活水平得到了极大提高.但与经济发展的速度相比,工资没有完全同步提高,造成了工薪阶层的工资相对落后,因而衍生出一些社会问题.增加群众收入,提高工资已成为当务之急.它可以拉动内需,促进经济的可持续发展,缓解老龄化社会过早到来所带来的一系列社会问题,保障社会的和谐进步.
