Abstract:Due to the formation of the relationship between entrust and agent, that is, the relationship between tourists and tour guides,many abnormal phenomenon in the process of tourism will occur mainly in the relation of tourists and guides. The tour guide's salary system is closely related to a variety of moral risk generated by guides to use its full information and power. To solve the problem of management of tour guide salary system is the key to bring the tourism confusion under control, and tipping is a reasonable choice. It can better solve the stability problem of the guides income, solve the tour guide service quality and avoid tour moral hazard problems; as well as the problem of incentive and constraint for tour guides.
