| 摘 要： | 自20世纪90年代初以来,中国连续多年成为发展中国家利用外资最多的国家,外资并购国内企业日益成为外商直接投资国内市场的重要方式之一.本文分析了跨国公司并购的理论和现实动因及其在中国的新特点,探讨跨国公司的并购对中国产业安全的影响,并提出一些对策建议.

| Abstract: | Since the early 1990s,China has become the largest developing country in absorbing foreign direct investment in many successive years.The cross-border mergers and acquisitions have increasingly become one of the important investment ways by multinational corporations in China.The paper analyzes the theoretic and realistic driving forces of MNCs' cross-border mergers and acquisitions,and probes into the influences of MNCs' cross-border mergers and acquisitions on China's industrial security;on the basis of which,the paper proposes some countermeasures and suggestions. |
