| Abstract: | Based on a survey of the logistics management of the retail enterprises in Shandong Province, this paper has analyzed in detail the status quo of and the existing problems in the logistics management of the retail enterprises in terms of management philosophy, logistics distribution, application of information technology, current logistics talents and so on. Countermeasures aimed at these problems are then proposed to help retail enterprises improve their logistics performance. |
