| 摘 要： | 随着中国保险业发展改革的逐步深入,保险公司治理结构的逐步完善,中国未来保险事业发展的前景将会更加美好。但是,中国商业性财产保险公司若不解决风险控制与管理的难题,必然会影响中国财产保险业的健康、有序发展。据此,就财产保险公司面临的主要风险进行分析,并提出了化解当前风险的整体框架思路。

| Abstract: | With the deepen of the reform and development of insurance industry in China,and the gradual perfection of corporate structure of insurance companies,the development of China's insurance industry will have a bright future.However,if the difficulties in risk control and management of commercial property insurance companies cannot be solved,healthy and orderly development of the whole insurance industry will be influenced.Based on this,the author analyses the main risks facing property insurance companies,and some thoughts on how to solve the risks is proposed. |
