| 摘 要： | 目前,高校国有资产管理在管理机构、管理内容、管理人员和管理方法上都存在一些问题,需要转变观念,提高认识,从健全管理机构,完善管理制度;界定产权关系,核定资产价值;控制资产流向等方面进一步改进工作。

| Abstract: | At present,there exist some problems in management setup,management content,management staff and method in assets management in university.We should transform our ideas and improve our understanding to further improve the work from perfecting the management setup and management system,making clear the relation between ownership and management,checking the assets value and controlling the assets circulation. |
