| 摘 要： | SAP-ERP越来越多的应用于大型制造通讯企业的内部管理,以优化企业的各业务活动的计划和执行。订单管理作为供应链下的重要组成部分,也要求及时升级原有的ERP管理来优化流程和提高反应速度。同时先进的操作也会大大提升企业形象,降低成本和提高客户满意度。基于供应链管理理论及ERP管理思想,对于大型通讯制造企业的订单管理流程提出优化,并适时更新为SAP-ERP,后期采用KPI进行绩效考核。
